Welcome, Vendors!

The exposure you will get by hosting a booth at the Marionville Applefest will help get your business in front of more people!

It is businesses and sponsors like you that help keep this event going. Thank you for your involvement as it helps us create a great environment for families in a fun and productive way for our community.

To set up a booth at this year’s event, please download and complete the 2025 Applefest Booth application.

Important Information (found on the application, too):

  • Booth applications must be completed and into the office of Marionville Applefest by August 1st or an additional $10.00 will be charged per booth space.

  • Payment must accompany the Vendor/Booth application.

    • Checks should be made out to: Marionville Applefest and mailed to P.O. Box 238, Marionvillle, MO 65705.

    • PayPal payment: Marionville_Applefest_ads@yahoo.com

      (There will be a small upcharge of 3% on payments to cover PayPal fees.)

  • Stage or Area Banner: Will be placed on the Downtown

    Gazebo. They will be 3 feet high by 6 feet long. If you

    have your own banner, the cost is $50.00.
